From M1 motorway Junction 21

follow A5460 then take first (very sharp!) left onto A563 Outer Ring (Leicester South & East).  Continue on A563 until the junction with A426 Lutterworth Road, at traffic lights near the top of the hill. 

Continue on A563 and take the second left turn onto Aylestone Drive.  Eastwood Road is the third road on the right.  We are the house on the corner, on the right hand side, overlooking the mini roundabout.

There is always free on-street parking close by on Eastwood Road or Aylestone Drive.  Once on foot, walk to the end of the large hedge and enter by the black iron gates a little way down Eastwood Road (on the right). 

From Leicester city centre

follow A5199 (Welford Road) southbound, until you reach A563 (Ring Road).  Turn right onto A563 and continue as far as the Pork Pie Roundabout.  Then see directions from Pork Pie (below). 

From Pork Pie Roundabout (A563 Ring Road)

exit roundabout onto Wigston Lane, then take first left (Bridevale Road) followed by first right (Eastwood Road).  We are at the top of the hill, the last house on the left.

Public Transport

There are two bus stops (ask for Seaford Road) very close to our house, on Aylestone Drive, served by Arriva bus routes 86 and 40 from the city centre.  There are buses about every twenty minutes.  For a timetable you can click here: Arriva Bus Timetable
